On Feb. 14 RCMP attended a Clearwater home and arrested a local male who was wanted on a warrant for breaching his conditional sentence order (CSO). A CSO can be ordered by a judge after a person is found guilty of an offence in court, instead of sentencing the person to a prison term. When this occurs, the individual must abide by a set of strict conditions in order to stay out of prison and serve his sentence at home.
