James William Richey
1949-2016
"James William Richey of Clearwater, BC, passed away on June 29, 2016 at 67 years of age. James is survived by his beloved daughter, Lindsay Jean Richey, Lindsay's mother, Laura Richey, stepchildren, Sarah MacLeod and Robin MacLeod, his brothers, George (Jann) Richey, Steve (Lynn) Richey, Mike (Marilyn) Richey, and Rob (Shelley) Richey, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, best-friend, Lorraine and dear friend, Tom.
James was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Jean Richey, nephew, Connor Richey, best-friend, Don Chambers and devoted dog, Annie.
James was born on November 13, 1949 in El Paso, Texas. Many of James's most fond memories were made during summers in Cloudcroft, Texas, exploring for arrow-heads with his brothers. James was an intuitive craftsmen and artist, talented musician and avid hunter. He will be profoundly missed by those who love him."
A Funeral Service will take place Friday, July 8 at 11:00 AM, in the St James Church in Clearwater, BC with Fr. Clinton Pendleton officiating.
