Wells Gray Lively Arts performing arts is a not-for-profit society formed to encourage and promote entertainment arts in the North Thompson Valley. The group hosts musical nights throughout the year, in winter on stage inside the Dutch Lake Community Centre (DLCC) and during the summer in July and August at the DLCC field summer stage.

The last coffeehouse ended the season on a high note with another great evening full of live music played to an audience of more than 60 people.

The Summer Stage begins on July 4 with a talented lineup of performers ready to entertain throughout the summer.

The president of Wells Gray Lively Arts, Shirley Frost, said “Wells Gray Lively Arts Society is so very grateful to the District of Clearwater. Without their wonderful financial assistance and our small, but talented band of technical wizards, Summer Stage would not happen.”

Frost encouraged residents to watch for more details at the beginning of June, adding, “Be sure to mark your calendars that there is live music every Thursday evening in July and August at the Dutch Lake Community Centre field and if you would like to be part of our team, email us at wellsgraylivelyarts@gmail.com.”
