The local squad ended up losing the game 4-0. All the Clearwater teams except the Midgets played at least one game during the weekend, winding up Minor Hockey Week.
The Midget Ice Hawks hosted (and won) their home tournament the weekend before. Clearwater will host the BC Hockey 2017 Midget Tier 4 Provincial Championships. The event will take place March 19-23.
