Clearwater had only 11 skaters and one goalie. The Hawks played Mackenzie for a 4-2 win, Houston 12-0 win, and their only loss to Fort St. James 5-3.

They ended up in the finals for first against the hometown, Vanderhoof and won 4-3.

“It's very exciting to see the Midgets do so well and come together as a team,” commented one of the adults involved.
