Broads on Boards participants climb around the Bend as the sun sets behind them.

Participants in Broads on Boards, a program put on by Wells Gray Outdoor Club last weekend to teach basic cross-country skiing skills to women, ski up the Bend at the Candle Creek trails near Clearwater. A total of six took part. Broads on Boards instructor was Charlotte Smith.
