Seeking participants in diabetes education survey

Surveys can be found at Clearwater Pharmasave, Clearwater Medical Centre, and Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital

Gerda Faber

Editor, The Times:

The Diabetes Education Centre at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital and the Community Healthy Living Program recently distributed a diabetes awareness survey to determine the need for a diabetes education workshop.

We hope that this letter to the editor in the Times will raise awareness in the community so that people will complete and submit the survey.

We are seeking input in the survey from all community members from Little Fort to Blue River.

Surveys can be found at Clearwater Pharmasave, Clearwater Medical Centre, and Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital. They will be collected after Nov. 30.

Thank-you so much for your time and consideration.
