Editor, The Times:
Thought a happy letter would be nice for a change.
Our son has now returned to his home in New Brunswick after serving 11 1/2 months in Afghanistan. Along with 2,500 safe and sound, this is a good day for Canada.
Thank you to all our friends for their support and to all others who keep our soldiers in their prayers.
Remember the ones who will stay behind.
