Mine CEO clarifies some points

I got a copy of your article this morning. It’s very good and captures the essence of our development plans as we have discussed with the local communities.

I got a copy of your article this morning. It’s very good and captures the essence of our development plans as we have discussed with the local communities.

There are a couple of points though that need correction/clarification:

1. The uranium deposit you refer to is the Rexspar deposit and is about seven km west of our property boundary. It has nothing to do with us. Harper Creek deposit has no uranium and nor do we have any interest in Uranium.

2. Effluent release to the environment. Harper Creek will be operated as a “closed system.” There will be no release of effluent into the environment during operations.

3. The smelters treat “concentrate” not “ore.” The ore from the mine is crushed, ground to a consistency of a fine sand then passed through a flotation process to produce a “clean” concentrate that is sold to smelters. It’s this product that smelters will use for blending with concentrates with high levels of contaminates from elsewhere in the world.

I hope this clarifies these points.

Thanks again. It was a pleasure to meet with you.

Ian Smith, CEO
