This letter is addressed to the persons who are using the end of Raft River Road as a local lover's lane. While we applaud you for practicing safe sex we, the residents of Raft River Road who enjoy walking to the beach, even during the winter months, would appreciate your not throwing your used condoms and packaging out of your vehicle. Please be advised that we will be patrolling the area throughout the evenings, as well as inviting the local RCMP to do so as well.
