Mayor John Harwood and Council,
I kinda feel like the little girl who pointed out that the emperor has no clothes. Is it too late to ask why an old-fashioned traffic light wouldn't work better for cars, trucks and pedestrians at Highway 5 and the Park Road?
It would be effective, less disruptive, safe and massively less expensive. Ahh, what the hell, it's only taxpayers' money.
