Hello and best wishes to all from the Clearwater Elks Lodge #499.
Our organization is looking forward to another successful year with our weekly pancake breakfasts. Held every Saturday morning next Clearwater Farmers Market next to Clearwater Interior Whitewater, the breakfasts have become quite famous. We have people from all over the world. Really, it is a very rewarding project that provides money to keep us going through out the year.
This year, pancake breakfasts will start on April 30.
Our other fundraisers are bingo and bazaars.
This past year we gave money to Terry Fox Run, Food Bank, Red Cross – Clearwater Division, as well as the Refugee group RAFT.
We have our own charity that we call Best Xmas Ever fund. We pick a needy family from our town and they are presented with $1,000 worth of Xmas gift certificates that makes their Xmas their Best Xmas Ever. We are very proud of this and have done it for seven years.

Oh yeah, don't forget breakfast, April 30. We are excited and look forward to seeing you. Sharpen up your sweet tooth.
