We have been so focused on left wing terrorism that we completely forgot about the rising nut cases on the right. So why are we seemingly blind to right wing terrorism? One possible explanation is the predominance of conservative provincial governments across this land.
Provincial conservative governments in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia have similar xenophobic tendencies, anti immigration, fear of different looks, language and religion. Strikingly similar to the Trump administration in the Excited States of America.

Don’t get me wrong, terrorism from any quarter is bad for a stable, tolerant society. You might fault me for picking on the right wing conservatives, but it is a fact that this political stripe dominates collective attitudes across this country.
Given the many failures of the Trudeau Liberals and the xenophobic views of the Conservatives, you might want to give Mr. Singh and the NDP a second look in October, I’m just saying!
