It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Butch Treseng of Clearwater, BC, on November 12, 2011 at 64 years of age. Devastated by his sudden passing is his wife, Darlene, his daughter Kim Eikum, son-in-law Bryan, and his most precious grandsons Jason, Darren and Troy, of Prince George, B.C. Butch was predeceased by his parents, Tom and Betty Treseng, youngest brother Wally, and sister-in-law Lori. He leaves to mourn his passing Darlene's daughter Stacey, brothers Norman (Val), Michael (Deb), Ralph and Mel Hoy, sisters Yvonne (Gary), Beatrice (Hugh), Bernice (Len), Helen (Brian), their families, numerous other relatives and many good friends.
Butch drove truck in BC, Alberta and across Canada. He was currently driving truck on the pipeline and passed away doing what he loved best. There will be a Memorial Service at the Wells Gray Inn, Clearwater, B.C. on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Come and share your memories. "Butchy" loved to have fun and make people laugh - which he did on a regular basis -- "Just a Social Butterfly." He will be missed by many loved ones and by many good friends and fellow workers.
