Robert I. Lobb
Bob Lobb, formerly of Kamloops and Clearwater, passed away peacefully in Oceanside, California on Jan. 12, 2004, at the age of 73.
Survived by his loving wife Doreen, brother Percival (Hilma), daughter Robin McCarty, son Ken Lobb all of Denver, Colorado, grandson Philip McCarty of Washington, DC and step-children Lorraine Samborsky(Ken), Karen Henning (Brian) of Kamloops, and Michael Dueck (Chris) of Vancouver. Grandpa Bob also cherished his five grandchildren, Teri and Kent Henning, and Kelsey, Robyn and Vanessa Samborsky.
Bob was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and later moved to Clearwater where he ranched for many happy years, finally retiring in Oceanside.
A memorial service was held in Oceanside with his family and many friends.
Bob's ashes are to be spread at the ranch in Clearwater at a later date.
