September 8, 1922 ~ February 24, 2007

It is with great sadness that the family of Mildred (Peggy) Bayley announces her peaceful passing on February 24, 2007 at the age of 84.

Peggy was predeceased by her husband Sydney and son Bruce. She is survived by her loving family: son Daniel Bayley of Mission, B.C. daughter, Noreen Venables of Hudsons Hope, B.C.,son & daughter-in-law Michael and Jolene Bayley of Kamloops, B.C.

daughter Donna Venables of Grande Prairie, AB.,

daughter and son-in-law Sylvia Bayley and Jim Webster of Fort St. John, B.C., son Lorne Bayley of Vancouver, B.C., daughter and son-in-law Sharon and Dave Wreggitt of Mission, B.C., grandchildren Cheryl (Randy), Tina (Todd), Charlene, Amanda (Chad), Ross, Hannah (Trevor), Mathew, Shawna,

Nichole, Alexander, Colin, Nathan, Milan, Marshal, Chelsea, Alexandra, Thomas, great-grandchildrenKayla,Kerri-Anne, Bailey, Mathew, Harrison, Matherun, Samantha, Hayley, and Zakery,

Her sister Bobby, as well as many more beloved relatives and friends.

Prior to her marriage to Sydney Alexander Bayley on April 7th 1951, Peggy lived in Vancouver; there she worked as a nurse at the Vancouver General Hospital. After many year of raising their eight children, together with her son Michael, they both came to realize their passion in life, the love of cultivating and nurturing the earth to see the miracle of their efforts in the growth of beauty and health. Peggy spent the winters going through seed

catalogs and meticulously planning the spring plant. Together with her love of reading, and unconditional love and time she gave to her family, Peggy lived a very rich life.

Her knowledge of the earth’s natural gift of healing

and well being abundances in the form of plants has been shared with her children.

May God bless the precious soul of this kind, loving, and generous woman. She will not be forgotten, as she lives on in all of us.
