Florence Nelson
1916 — 2008
Florence Nelson passed away on Sept. 20, 2008 in the Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital with her children by her side.
Florence was born in Kamloops on Dec. 20, 1916 and married Floyd in 1939. She was predeceased by her husband Floyd, all nine of her siblings and their spouses except for Doris Johnston of Clearwater. Florence is survived by her loving children Lois (Noel) Cutler and Don (Gail) Nelson. Also left to cherish her memory are her five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at the Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital for their loving care and support.
We especially want to thank Shirley and Terry for all the love and attention they gave our Mom.
At Florence’s request there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Clearwater Multi Care Fund, RR#1, Clearwater B.C. V0E 1N0, in Florence’s memory would be appreciated.
