Donald Leonard MACDONALD
March 1, 1948 - October 13, 2007
Don MacDonald passed away in the arms of his loved ones at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital, Clearwater, BC, after a lengthy illness.
He is survived by Diane, his devoted and loving wife of 38 years; daughters Denny (Brian), Penny (Allan), Kate (Brent) and Deanna (Laddie); grandchildren Jennifer, Ariel, Taylor and Cali; his father, Phil; sisters Shirley, Leona and Donna Marie; brothers Melvin, Bimbo, Collin and Johnny, as well as many treasured friends.
Don was predeceased by his mother, Leona and by his brother, Darel.
Donnie was born, raised, and remained a resident of Clearwater for his entire life. He devoted his life to his family.
He worked hard and he played hard. Donnie enjoyed flying, snowmobiling, camping, classic cars and music. He always enjoyed catching the "big" fish.
As a son, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend, he touched all of our lives in a special way. He will be forever and always loved and missed.
