It is with sadness that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Annabelle (Dolly) Turcotte-Parman of Clearwater, British Columbia. She was 77 years old; a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Dolly was born in Penticton, BC. Annabelle is survived by her 5 children Leona (Larry) Nicholas, Sherry (Dennis) Elliot, Rocky (Francis) Turcotte, Allen (Marie) Turcotte, Michelle (Greg) Stevens and her loving husband Bill Parman. 

She was predeceased by husband Leo Turcotte, brothers Frank Marsel Jr., Joe Marsel, Albert Marsel, sisters Clara Jane Chase, Linda Carol Sterns. Dolly was a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital for 21 years and retired in 2001. She belonged to the Royal Canadian Legion #259 as well as the Ladies Auxillary.

Dolly loved to knit, cook, sing and camp. She loved all her children and grandchildren. She loved to watch all her grandchildren play sports. She was always there for family and friends. Dolly enjoyed her camping trips and the adventures in her motor home.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Dolly Turcotte-Parman at the Royal Canadian Legion #259 in Clearwater, BC, on Saturday April 28, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
