Alma Jean Wright, August 4, 1916 — June 24, 2003

Alma Jean Wright (Gruer) passed away in Clearwater at the age of 86 years.

Alma lived an active life, herding cattle on horseback, playing baseball, skiing and swimming. Her many jobs included being a wonderful mother and grandmother, working as a maid, store clerk, janitor and Postmaster of the Silverton Post Office. She was a lifelong member of the United Church and served her community as a volunteer in many ways.

Thank you to the wonderful nurses, doctors and staff at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital for the care and compassion shown to mom and her family during her many visits.
