The Council of the District of Clearwater gives notice that it will hold a Public Hearing in Council Chambers at 209 Dutch Lake Road, Clearwater, BC, to consider proposed Bylaw No. 317, 2025.
What is Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 317, 2025?
To add a site-specific zoning amendment to the C-1: General Commercial Zone to permit veterinary clinic or animal hospital use within the existing commercial building at 205E Old North Thompson Hwy (legally described as Lot 1, District Lot 2905, KDYD, Plan 39350), as shown outlined on the adjacent map.
All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. Additionally, they may make written submissions on the matter of Bylaw No. 317 (via the options below) which must be received at our office prior to 4:30 p.m. on the 17th day of March, 2025. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form a part of the public record for this matter. If you wish to participate in this meeting virtually, please contact the District in advance of the Hearing to receive a meeting link.
