The Council of the District of Clearwater gives notice that it will hold a Public Hearing in Council Chambers at 209 Dutch Lake Road, Clearwater, BC, to consider proposed Bylaws No. 270, 2023 & No. 280, 2023.
What is Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 270, 2023?
The purpose of this bylaw amendment is to rezone the northern portion of a parcel on Norfolk Road (legally described as Lot 4, District Lot 2619, KDYD, Plan 2225, Except Plans 29581 and KAP92047; PID: 011-048-719) from R-2: Compact Residential to MHP-1: Manufactured Home Park, as show in the shaded section of the map to the right, to enable development of a manufactured home park.
What is Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 280, 2023?
The purpose of this bylaw amendment is to rezone a property at 428 Sunshine Valley Road (legally described as That Part of District Lot 1682, Lying North of Plan H558, KDYD, Except Parcel A (DD A9608) and Plan 27427, PID: 013-164-066) from RL-1: Rural to CR-1: Country Residential to enable a future subdivision, as shown in the shaded section of the map to the right.
All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed Bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. Additionally, they may make written submissions on the matter of Bylaw 270, 2023 and/or Bylaw 280, 2023 (via the options below) which must be received at our office prior to 4:30 p.m. on the 27th day of April 2023. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form a part of the public record for this matter.

A copy of the proposed Bylaw and all supporting information can be inspected from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday (except statutory holidays) at our office, from March 31, 2023, until 2:00 p.m. the day of the Hearing; or please contact us via any of the options below.
