The Council of the District of Clearwater gives notice that it will hold a Public Hearing in Council Chambers at 209 Dutch Lake Road, Clearwater, BC, to consider proposed Bylaw No. 312, 2025.
What is Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 312, 2025?
To add a site-specific zoning amendment to the C-2: Service Commercial Zone to permit cannabis retail use within the existing commercial building at 343 Clearwater Valley Road (legally described as Lot A, District Lot 73, KDYD, Plan KAP47003), as shown outlined on the adjacent map.
All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. Additionally, they may make written submissions on the matter of Bylaw No. 312 (via the options below) which must be received at our office prior to 4:30 p.m. on the 14th day of February, 2025. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form a part of the public record for this matter. If you wish to participate in this meeting virtually, please contact the District in advance of the Hearing to receive a meeting link.

A copy of the proposed Bylaw and all supporting information can be inspected from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (except statutory holidays) at our office, from January 31, 2025, until 2:00 p.m. the day of the Hearing; or please contact us via any of the options below.
