Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 227 of the Community Charter, that Council intends to adopt Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaws at a meeting of Council on October 22, 2024, at 3:00 pm at 209 Dutch Lake Road, Clearwater, BC. The District of Clearwater Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 306, 2024, proposes to exempt from taxation the following certain buildings, the lands on which the certain buildings stand and the land surrounding certain buildings for the years 2025 - 2027.

The District of Clearwater Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 308, 2024, proposes to exempt from taxation the following certain buildings, the lands on which the certain buildings stand and the land surrounding certain buildings for the 2025 year.

The District of Clearwater Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 309, 2024, proposes to exempt from taxation the following certain buildings, the lands on which the certain buildings stand and the land surrounding certain buildings for the years 2025-2027.

The District of Clearwater Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 310, 2024, proposes to exempt from taxation the following certain buildings, the lands on which the certain buildings stand and the land surrounding certain buildings for the years 2025-2027.

The District of Clearwater Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 311, 2024, proposes to exempt from taxation the following certain buildings, the lands on which the certain buildings stand and the land surrounding certain buildings for the years 2025-2027.
