Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 227 of the Community Charter, that Council intends to adopt The District of Clearwater Permissive Tax Exemption “Not for Profit” Bylaw 306, 2024” at a meeting of Council on October 15, 2024 at 2 pm at 209 Dutch Lake Road, Clearwater, BC.
The District of Clearwater Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw #306, proposes to exempt from taxation the following certain buildings, the lands on which the certain buildings stand and the land surrounding certain buildings for the years 2025-2027.
