Vehicle incident closes Highway 5 north of Blue River

No detour or estimated time of reopening available

A vehicle incident has been reported on Highway 5 between Lempriere Bridge and Chappell Creek Recreation Site about 36 km north of Blue River on the afternoon of May 29.

According to DriveBC, the road is closed and a detour isn’t available. There’s also no estimated time of reopening.
