A photo in our May 25 issue showing three students from Clearwater Secondary School who attended the School District Honours Reception held recently in Kamloops omitted one student. Vanessa McGill also attended and, in fact, was the only female student in Trades at the reception.
Although she is a CSS student, McGill is taking a millwright’s program at Thompson Rivers University.
The reception, which was held at Thompson Rivers University, paid tribute to the top five per cent of students in each school’s graduating class.
The other three CSS students attending were Mackenzie Alain, Shawna Podbisky and Stacia Panko.
