Lois and Bill Van Damme enjoy coffee at the new Tim Hortons in Clearwater. The Clearwater residents were among the first in the restaurant after it opened on Sunday morning, Jan. 22. The new business was to open about one month earlier but a series of difficulties, including problems with the electrical connection, forced several delays. As of press-time the drive-through still was not operational as several signs were missing.
