The driver was charged under the Motor Vehicle Act for a refusal to provide a breath sample

Clearwater RCMP received a report that a silver Ford 1 tonne was observed to be weaving all over the road.

A police officer located the vehicle, pulled it over and formed suspicion that the male driver was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
