Clearwater RCMP report that on Wednesday, June 10, Daniel Stephane Paul-Prescott was charged with three counts of possession of stolen property contrary to Section 355 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

These charges stem from a number of recent thefts in the Clearwater and Vavenby areas.

Paul-Prescott has been released from custody on a number of conditions and is scheduled to appear in Clearwater Provincial Court on July 28.

This matter is still under investigation.
