Love and Power Retreat weekend almost here

Finding peace, beauty, and acceptance

By K.A.Pendergast

It’s autumn now and time to look around. The beauty is all around us and we can look but sometimes not feel it.

For those who haven’t heard, there is a retreat coming up to help with that and it’s for everyone. If you need to get over some hurts or just even help boost your self-esteem and empowerment, then you should think about checking this out. It is a safe place.

There will be a nature walk and some meditation among many other things to get your mind and body energized and refreshed. Destress and improve relationships if that is what’s needed most. The healing of spirit is what it’s all about! We all need that at some point. Sometimes it is hard without help right?

Personal Development Weekend Retreat coming up

Vix Meyer is a personal development coach and travels B.C. healing while helping along her way. She is from the Clearwater area. The retreat will be held Oct. 18-20 at the Clearwater Lodge and you can contact Vix by phone 250 674-1798 or email vixmeyercoach@gmailcom for more info and fee requirements.

Let’s find that peace, beauty, and acceptance that is there in our own skin.
