Nomination packages for the offices of electoral area director for each of the Thompson-Nicola Regional District’s 10 electoral areas are now available.
Packages for Kamloops-area electoral areas can be obtained at the TNRD office at Victoria Street and Fifth Avenue in Kamloops. Packages can also be obtained in Chase, at 826 Okanagan Ave.; in Logan Lake, at 1 Opal Dr.; in Sun Peaks Resort, at 106-3270 Village Way. Nomination documents are also available on the TNRD’s website at tnrd.bc.ca.
The chief election officer will receive nomination documents from Oct. 4 to Oct,. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. , at the TNRD office in Kamloops.
General voting day is Saturday, Nov. 19.
