The pair were taking part in Canfor's annual community barbeque luncheon on Saturday on the field at Clearwater Secondary School. North Thompson Fall Fair ambassador program, Clearwater Rotary Club and others helped with the event.
A large crowd turned out for the event, largely made up of company employees and retirees, but also including many other local residents.
