Clearwater’s Miss Wells Gray Infocenter Aliya Bieber (center) proudly wears her crown after winning North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Association’s (NTFFRA) Ambassador Program. With her on the podium are vice-ambassadors Miss Sam’s Pizza & Rib House, Kaitlain Chantler (l), and Miss Baille’s Towing, Alisha Gotro, both of Barriere. The coronation was held on Thursday, Aug. 30, at the Ridge in Barriere.  Previously called the NTFFRA Queen Pageant, this will mark the 63rd year that young women from Valley communities have been chosen to represent the NTFFRA, and the North Thompson Valley.  Find more coverage about the event in the Sept. 13 issue of the Clearwater Times.
