Better mark Friday evening, Sept. 22 on your calendar.

That will be when Wells Gray Outdoors Club will host a showing of the Banff Mountain Film Festival world tour at Dutch Lake Community Centre.

What exactly is Banff Mountain Film Festival world tour?

BMFFWT is an amazing evening of approximately three hours in duration, of the best films chosen from the Banff Film Festival, which is held every November.

Unlike the Radical Reels Tour that came to Clearwater a number of years ago, BMFFWT includes a wide range of themes, so not only will you see adrenaline-rushing adventure sports but also films about the environment, mountain culture, heritage and human challenges.

Together, they will make you gasp, sigh, laugh out loud, shake your head in amazement, and maybe even cry!

There’s a little something for everyone who loves the outdoors and it really is a wonderful evening.
