A guide at Sunmore Ginseng Factory in Kamloops offers Betty Gouldhawke and Ella Greffard a taste of dried ginseng. Fifteen seniors from Clearwater participated in a tour of the facility as part of a bus trip to Kamloops organized by Wells Gray Country Seniors Society on Aug. 24. Wells Gray Community Forest Corp. provided the funds for the bus.

The next bus trip will be on Sunday, Sept. 4 to the North Thompson Fall Fair in Barriere. Call 250-674-8185 to reserve your seat.
