Healthy Choices: St Patrick’s Day Pizza

Plenty of broccoli and green leaves gives this pizza a St. Patrick’s appearance

Ingredients:

1 green spinach-flavored tortilla

2 medium flowers of broccoli

2 green onions

1 large handful of spinach leaves

1 small leek

½ small zucchini

½ small green pepper

1 small handful of feta cheese

1 small handful mozza cheese

Optional: small chopped chicken breast

Parchment paper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Lay parchment paper on your choice of cookie sheet or similar pan. Lay tortilla flat then spread a bed of the spinach leaves. Add other ingredients after chopping to your size preference. The feta and mozza can be added last. Place in oven to bake for approximately 10 minutes but keep an eye on it as ovens vary.
