Chaga is a Big ol’ Mushroom that grows on mostly Birch Trees. It has sometimes grown on a few other types such as Poplar, Beech, and even Oak.

It’s that darker lump that grows wild and kinda looks like a big hunk of charcoal. It may seem weird, but it is actually, good for you!

Yep this thing that has been growing for literally hundreds of years in different areas of the northern half of the world, is actually a cutting-edge immunity booster. You make it into a type of coffee or tea drink.

I was introduced to this stuff a few years ago when I was sick with a cold, by a friend. It, to me, tasted like just what it is…tree gunk! But I am kinda biased since I don’t like coffee and it was supposed to taste somewhat like that.

When I had cooled it then it tasted better; I was doing so lousy that I was willing to keep trying. The taste grew on me. Haha! I was feeling better in only a couple days and didn’t get another cold of flu for a number of months. That was just a couple of doses.

This stuff has, in studies, helped with cholesterol, a number of ways evaluated for cancer fighting, a bunch of studies with diabetes control, with totally positive results, and even skin problems also.

These are just a few so far. There are ongoing studies to check out the many different benefits in its many uses. You all know that now the big thing with healthcare is your immune system. The way to overall health is to boost it, right?

You naturally should also consult a health care professional if you have any serious problems; however, this may be a huge boost to your regular diet and medicinal routine. There is not nearly enough room here to go into the benefits of using this amazing natural substance. Seriously. Look this up and check out all the great properties it has.

You can even buy it here in town in a few different places. Ask for it if you can’t find it. By all means, give it a try. Happy sipping!
