Earlier this week, Mayor Blackwell was on NL Radio, ranting about how inadequate the Ministry of Forests is with its lackadaisical response to fire prevention. Ironically, the Mayor’s rant was almost verbatim what I wrote in a letter to the editor in 2017 titled Former faller says wildfire response mismanaged.
I think that letter from 2017 would be of a lot of interest to your readers.
