Jim ‘The Rambling Man’ Lamberton’s rebuttal

Editor, The Times:

Re: Wes Morden’s letter of July 19, “Balance is Necessary”.

I think our editor will have to make the pages of the Clearwater Times shorter and tighten the print so Wes can’t read between the lines!

Wes made a statement, “The article by Jim, The Rambling Man, who outright rejects the opinion of tourists on the ambiance of the Dutch Lake property now for sale.”

Wrong, Wes!

I object to tourists from out of the country signing a petition that wants local government to buy a property with local taxpayers’ money!

Wes refers to the right wing party as the con-Liberals, and states, “Being on the political left myself…”.

Guess what, Wes? In B. C., there is no left or right. All we have is right and wrong.

We have the NDP (No Damn Priorities!) and the Greens (Greenpeace).

Now, I’m no artist, Wes, but I know if you mix orange and green you get brown!

We sure have seen a lot of brown coming out of Victoria this past two-plus years.

Wes’s letter goes on to bastardize the Fraser Institute.

I wish Wes could go to coffee with Dennis Peacock and run down the Fraser Institute until they are both blue in the face!

Maybe then we wouldn’t have to read about that crap any more.
