Bye bye democracy

Is Donald Trump Vladimir Putin’s b*#%!?

I believe that this is very likely the case. Trump has a strong conservative base at home but I’m convinced that what put him over the top in the 2016 presidential election was the very effective Russian cover campaign to sabotage Hillary Clinton.

The ammunition developed by this Russian campaign, using some truth, fake news and outright lies was fed to the Trump campaign.

This communicator and Trump’s own skills as a communicator doomed Hillary’s chances completely.

Could it happen again in 2020, giving Trump a second term? Entirely possible says I.

I would give odds that the closed door meeting between Trump and Putin in Helsinki, Finland, included an assurance by Putin, to Trump, to get Trump elected for a second term in 2020 and in return Trump pledged to turn a blind eye to Russian expansions, both diplomatically and territorially.

As for Trump’s American base, he knows that nothing he could do or has done will shake their faith in him.

Bye bye democracy, hello hypocrisy, why not Canada too!
