Youth Week is coming up

The Youth Week Committee really appreciates all of the past support from the community

Hello Clearwater! Youth Week is coming back this May, full of fun events coordinated by youth, for youth!

Here is a lineup of the events to expect:

• Youth Award nominations will be happening the week of May 1-7. Nominate a local youth or adult for his or her outstanding volunteerism in our community that relates directly to children/youth. Watch for nomination forms to be posted on Facebook or email the contacts below, stating who you wish to nominate and explain the great work they have done!

• Clearwater’s Got Talent! Wednesday, May 4 at 7 p.m. in the Clearwater Secondary School Pit. Admission $2, concession available. This year’s talent show looks to be a very exciting lineup of entertainment for the whole family.

• Clearwater Carnage Scooter, Sk8, Bike Jam will be on Saturday, May 14 at 11:30 a.m. in Rotary Skate Park.

• 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament! Saturday, May 14, immediately following the Scooter, Sk8, Bike Jam at Rotary basketball court.

The Youth Week Committee really appreciates all of the past support from the community and we are also accepting donations for prizes. For more info on events or if you would like to volunteer, donate or nominate someone for an award,
