The annual North Thompson Art Council Wells Gray Art Walk took place on August 3 through 5 and was enjoyed by all who took time to view the many paintings, photography, handcrafts and artwork on display. The event was hosted at the Wells Gray Visitor Information Centre attracting locals and tourists alike. The North Thompson Arts Council gallery is located at Evergreen Acres in Clearwater and is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1 - 4 p.m. The valley is home to many talented artisans and there are a variety of art shows, displays and events held at the gallery throughout the year.
