Clearwater Rotary Club again collecting guesses on when the ice will leave Dutch Lake

Rotary Richard waits patiently for the ice to go out from Dutch Lake. The person whose guess is the closest to when the ice leaves (as measured by when he drops his rock, stopping the clock) will win a prize.
