Entries were displayed at the Clearwater Arts Festival on April 21. Council representatives (back, l-r) Doris Laner and Patti Woods presented the prizes – boxes filled with art supplies.
The two Raft River Elementary School students’ artwork will be displayed at the District of Clearwater offices next month.
