Santa is ready to visit with families on Dec. 10 at the Royal Canadian Legion branch #259 ‘Breakfast with Santa’ hosted in partnership by Blackpool, Little Fort, Clearwater and Vavenby volunteer fire departments and the legion. The firefighters of Blackpool, Clearwater, Little Fort and Vavenby Fire Departments in partnership with the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 259 would like to invite everyone to join us for Breakfast with Santa taking place on Sunday, Dec. 10 from 8:30 a.m. until noon at the Legion Hall at 257 Glen Road, Clearwater, B.C.

The annual Breakfast with Santa event comes together with the help of Legion members who volunteer their time cooking and providing a space.

Enjoy a free, family-fun day with pancakes, scrambled eggs and ham, plenty of crafts for the kids and a visit with Santa, who (keep the surprise!) has some goodie bags for children.

Doors for the event open at 8 a.m. and Santa and Mrs. Claus will make their appearance at 9:30 a.m., staying until the end of the event. Please bring your own camera. Breakfast is free.

Those wishing to make a donation or bring a non-perishable food item for the Clearwater and District Food Bank can do so but it’s not required.
