Glen Huston, superintendent, left, and Brian Rohwer, construction liaison of Banister Pipeline Corp., present Kerry Milner-Cairns, literacy outreach coordinator for Yellowhead Community Services, with a donation of $2,200 from Banister employees working on the Trans Mountain Project. The monies will stay in Clearwater and fund literacy programs for preschool children and youth, including Mother Goose, Tumble Bumble and reading and math. Banister employees became aware of the program and fundraising while in the building and were really interested in helping the kids. (Stephanie Hagenaars/Clearwater Times)
