In a gesture of support to Bella Bella, where arson and recent vandalism have rocked the community, the Clearwater United Church collected the books and received generous donations from book lovers.
As a result of this fundraiser and donations for crabapples at the Saturday Farmers’ Market, $300 will be sent to the United Church in Bella Bella for community re-development.
