BC Hydro has scheduled an outage for a pole replacement in the Birch Island and Vavenby areas.
The planned outage is Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is expected to affect 220 properties including 2599-3249 Allingham Way, 311-3165 Ball Road, 345 Barnard Rd, Barriere Mountain Rd, 328-341 Bernard Rd, 2583-3921 Birch Island Lost Creek Rd, 410, 3052-3089 Capostinsky Rd, 416 Cedarholm Rd, D R Rd, 3076-3092 Dohms Rd, 3106-3165 Galiano Rd, 232-292 Guru Nanak Pl, 3056-3071 Harmon Rd, 636-768 Hoirup Rd, 3104-3145 Hundsbedt Rd, 324-357 Lempfrit Rd, 3089 Light Brown Rd, 3056-3094 McCorvie Rd, 315-329 Moilliet Rd, 408-436 Riverside Rd, 332-365 Ruby Rd, 380 Taylor Rd, 25-3220 Vavenby Bridge Rd, 472 Vavenby Ferry Rd, 168-169 Wood Rd and 3035-4609 Yellowhead Hwy, Vavenby.
The energy company is asking residents that see crews on site to please respect COVID-19 physical distancing and stay back at least two metres.
