Clearwater barber Julie Lacourse says she plans to stay in business, even though her shop was destroyed when the Uncle Barry’s Treasures building burned down last December. She had no insurance, she says, but relatives helped her recondition some old equipment she has. Apparently the building's owners plan to rebuild in the spring.
